Paid users may contact support to request an available attempt record. We cannot guarantee that every interrupted, expired, deleted, or technically unavailable attempt can be recovered. We may retain limited completion records even when detailed results are no longer visible, including records needed for access administration, security, fraud prevention, and Pass Guarantee verification.
7. Data Retention
